Check out these homemade granola bars made by PT
4 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Butter Softened = 1 stick
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Honey
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Lightly butter a 9X13 pan and pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine Butter and honey in bowl and mix with a mixer. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and mix with hand. Mix until everything is mixed well together. Press mixture into pan. It’s sticky so put a few drops of water on your hand. Press firmly in pan. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
