HOW TO STAY HEALTHY AT THE OFFICE

Working 8 to 5 everyday could be something that you may think is holding you back from reaching your full fitness potential, but it doesn’t have to! Here are some tips for staying healthy at work:

Tip #1: Drink lots of water!
Carry your favorite cup around everywhere you go
Know how many ounces per day you need
Your body weight / 2 = ounces of water you need
Drink a glass of water before eating
Take a drink of water every time you pass a fountain

Tip #2: Stretch in your chair!

Tip #3: Pack your lunch!
Try not to eat out
Meal prep for the week
Bring healthy snacks  

Tip #4: Workout at THRC!
Come in with your friends at lunch time
