As February is coming to an end, Tiny is still pushing himself to change his
life.
“My goals for February were a 1:05 plank, which I completed. My second goal was losing 10
more pounds but I won’t have my weight checked until the end of the month. I love all of the workouts the
trainers put me through, because I’m losing the weight and the inches. All the trainers are awesome. They
are taking the time out of their busy schedules to train me. I want to thank the staff for making me feel
at home doing this tough training. THRC IS THE BOMB! Thank you and God bless.”
