Beer Mile Relay
Save the date for our 2nd annual Beer Mile Relay! See details below:
$25 team entry
Register as a team of 4 or run as an individual
Course Length: There are 4 legs total. Each leg is approximately .5 miles + 2 beers
Beer is included with entry fees
Roll & Restore
Learn to release tension, increase blood flow, and ease pain using a lacrosse ball to place pressure on specific points on the body. We'll be focusing on common trouble areas such as the low back, hips and shoulders. Call THRC Downtown to sign up!
