Our new schedule starts Monday, January 15th! Kickstart your routine with our revamped group fitness schedule! Rise and shine with our energizing 6am classes, kickstart your week with the rhythmic beats of our new POUND format, and pedal towards your goals at our new midday cycling class! Classes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance on the THRC app.
