Our Group Fitness Classes are delivered in a group setting that simultaneously
develops strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility and stability using a variety of modalities. It’s a
comprehensive training program that provides measurable results. With a variety of classes, we know you’ll
find something that interests you. Here is an overview of each class—but we welcome you to come try
