Our Group Fitness Classes are delivered in a group setting that simultaneously develops strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility and stability using a variety of modalities. It’s a comprehensive training program that provides measurable results. With a variety of classes, we know you’ll find something that interests you. Here is an overview of each class—but we welcome you to come try everything! You never know what you’ll like best until you experience it.

This class has a strong focus on strengthening and toning the body using a ballet bar for stability. In Barre class, the postures are inspired by ballet. This class is unique as it uses high-intensity non-impact movements to create compact, powerful muscles. This class may also include equipment such as balls, mats, small hand weights and resistance bands.

Train your body for a lifetime of strength and stability using a variety of techniques and equipment. This highly efficient, full body workout is just what you need to define and strengthen your muscles.
Looking for a workout that has it all? This 75-minute workout will take you through heart-pounding cycles, muscle toning, strength training, and flexibility movements. Get the total package with total training.
STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.
Stretching can be fun! This is not your average flexibility class. FLEXY is a movement based class designed to improve flexibility but places an emphasis on lengthening the muscle and strengthening the core– all done to groovin’ music. Flexy will bring out your SEXY!

Come join the THRC Mania! Start your weekend out right with this High-Intensity Circuit Training class that will leave you BREATHLESS in only 45 mins! Class is located on the basketball court.

This class will take you through sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, core strength and more. Relax the mind and leave with a stronger, more centered you.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and a range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Class is located on the first floor basketball court.
High-Intensity Interval Training – Push past comfortable for a workout that will leave you breathless. This class will cover 45-minutes of high-intensity cardio drills and strength exercises – the fastest way to see results.
Come take this functional training course with Paige on the basketball court! This interval, team coaching style class will get your heart rate up and a new mix of cross training and traditional group classes!

Come to this hybrid class combining pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Weights and cardio come together to shape up and sculpt the whole body. We will lead you through compound strength movements and cardio drills to cut and burn fat. Every class finishes with flexibility and core work. This class is for all levels.
