90’s Throwback

Twice a year, THRC throws a big, all day party ROLL WITH THE HOMIES, to say ‘thank you’ to the members and staff that make us possible!

This year, our fall Membership Appreciation Day theme is going to be 90’s THROWBACK!! I know, get excited! So I have come up with some cheap and easy costume idea’s to help bring this theme to life!

As you could probably guess, we are all very excited to bring the 90’s back, if even just for one day! I CAN’T EVEN! So come in your best 90’s get up, let’s get your picture in our awesome photo booth, and let’s PARTY ON!

(All of these done using or holding Dumbbells)
6 push ups
6 renegade rows
6 burpees to press
6 squat to press
6 tricep extensions
6 walking lunges
