This week the workout is in AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) style:
• 10 – Burpee Pull-Ups (Alt Grip)
• 10 – Dyno Ball Squat Throws
• 10 (each arm) – 3 Way Shoulder Raise
• 10 (total/5 – each leg) – Walking RDL
